A. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

You have 60 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Steps to follow:

1- Prior notification:

  • Please inform us in advance by email at contact@cottonmajesty.com. stating your order number, the product concerned, and the reason for the return.

2- Return conditions:

  • The product(s) must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and unstained.
  • They must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories received with the order.

After contacting us, we will send you your DHL return label by email. Please note that a €4.50 fee applies and will be deducted from your refund amount.

For shipping, please proceed as follows:

Prepare the parcel: Please remove all old shipping labels to prevent any errors during transport.

Attach the label: Print the label and attach it prominently to the parcel.

Drop-off: Simply drop off the parcel at a DHL branch or drop-off point near you.

Note: Please keep your proof of shipment safe until the refund has been finalized.

    3- Refund processing:

    • Once the return has been received and inspected (subject to compliance with the conditions), we will process the refund. Initial shipping costs are refunded only if the entire order is returned; in the case of a partial return, only the returned items are refunded and the shipping costs remain payable by you.
    • The refund will be issued within 14 days following receipt of the return, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

    If the withdrawal conditions are not met (in particular, if the return is made after 60 days), and the product is nevertheless returned, the Customer may retrieve it at their own expense, in the condition in which it was returned to Cotton Majesty.

    Important : Exchanges are not possible under the right of withdrawal for online purchases. To obtain another product, please return the item and place a new order.

     

    B. Product(s) Not as Ordered or Defective

    If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please follow the steps below:

    1- Prior notification :

    • Please contact our Customer Service at contact@cottonmajesty.com with your order number, product information, a description of the problem, and supporting photos.

    2- Return conditions :

    • The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.
    • The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and unstained.

    3- Returning the item :

    • Cotton Majesty will cover the return shipping costs. You will receive a prepaid DHL label by email; simply attach it to the package (after removing or covering any old label) and drop it off at DHL.

    4- Processing of the request :

    • Once the return has been received and inspected, we will refund the value of the returned products using the same payment method used for the purchase.

    • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

    • Keep all proof of return (e.g., tracking number), as it may be requested in the event of a problem.
